Student is unable to Log In to the Network

Student account may be administratively disabled. Teacher can check this by viewing Web Warden module.

Student may have entered user name and or password incorrectly. If unsure of username / password, RESET in Web Warden and have student try using the default password.

Student last names with a space or hyphen included within the first 4 letters will not include the space or hyphen in the password.

Student last names shorter than 4 letters will include the entire last name.

Student may have forgotten to capitalize first letter of last name in password.
